1. Services

NeoHubli offers a hub of modular tool concepts, including consulting sessions, custom design, maintenance and other professional engagements.

2. Information Products

We provide digital courses, e-books and downloadable templates designed to enhance your modular toolkit expertise.

3. Goods

Physical products such as toolkits, accessories and branded merchandise are available for purchase.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are due at the time of order. Payments are processed via card or online payment gateway.

5. Cancellation and Transfer

Requests to cancel or change a scheduled service must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late change requests may not be accommodated.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Refund requests for services must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another date within six months of the original booking. Workshops and promotional sessions are sold under final sale and are not eligible for a refund due to their limited availability and preparation requirements.

6.2 Information Products

Digital items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests must be sent before 20% usage. Once usage exceeds this threshold, the sale is final and no refund can be issued.

6.3 Goods

Physical products may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Items must arrive in original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer. Defective or damaged items will be covered by NeoHubli at no extra cost.
